Goldman Sachs on Friday upgraded Target from a "hold" to a "buy" despite Target's credit card hacking debacle weighing on sales during a "trough" quarter. Cramer is not a fan of Target but he can see the stock trading at $65. For more from Jim follow him on Twitter @JimCramer.
