With 3G back in fund raising mode, speculation alights on what in the U.S. food business could be a candidate for a takeover bid.
3G Capital is reportedly looking to raise $8 billion to $10 billion for a new acquisition fund. There is market speculation that the private equity firm wants to buy Mondelez.
It might take a couple of closes above $165 to signal a breakout on the upside, or $120 on the downside.
The trade can only be triggered if the shares are above $103.50.
