Racked up $5 billion in debt.

Closed all 250 of its stores.

Wet Seal

Closed all 137 of its stores.

BCBG Max Azria

Closed 120 stores.

H. H. Gregg

Closed all 220 of its stores.


Filed for bankruptcy for the second time in just over two years.

Payless ShoeSource

Closed 800 stores.


Closed about 420 stores.
