  2. Comcast (CMCSA) said it will pay £14.75 a share for Sky (SKYAY) , topping Fox's £14 bid. 
  3. Papa John's International (PZZA) founder John Schnatter resigned as chairman.
  4. Twitter (TWTR) said it would begin removing suspicious accounts it has locked.
