Are you scared?

Don't let the market haunt you.

Jim Cramer, founder of TheStreet, gives investors his take on the current market.

He said that a lot of investors are panicking and selling to try to beat out other sellers. But, Cramer advised, that's not the way to go.

The negativity in the market isn't allowing investors to see clearly.

Cramer also warned that he's seen a lot of bear markets and "roving bear" markets.

So--what should investors do?

Well, TheStreet has some advice. Kenny Polcari, director at O'Neil Securities gave his advice for new or young investors last week.

TheStreet's London Bureau Chief Martin Baccardax also gave his two cents in TheStreet's Trading Strategies podcast--which focuses on looking at the upcoming week.

And, if that's not enough advice for investors worried about the state of the market, Cramer himself gave some advice for newer investors
