Nasdaq's management threatens to delist TVG Technologies (Nasdaq:TVGTE) by January 19 if the company fails to file its 1999 financial statement by January 17. The stock exchange has meanwhile taken the symbolic step of changing the last letter of the company's symbol and of other related securities from T to E.

TVG plans to ask for a hearing with the Nasdaq Listing Committee, hoping to convince the panel to let the company go on trading on Nasdaq.

TVG produces hardware for imaging, video graphics and computer graphics. TVG subsidiary Real Vision produces combined software and hardware, which create virtual reality with real time 3D imaging. The products are sold to various military forces that use the products for practice, by medical institutions and the entertainment industry, and are also used in Internet 3D imaging.
