said Monday night that it has filed a registration statement to offer 2.35 million shares held by Citicorp Venture Capital, a unit of
, in a secondary public offering.
The company, which designs and manufactures aircraft parts, said Citicorp will grant the underwriters an option to purchase an additional 352,500 shares to cover overallotments, and Triumph will not receive any proceeds from the sale.
Citicorp holds about 27% of Triumph and will own about 12% after the sale.
Shares of Triumph closed at $45.70 Monday.
