
Terra Lycos Names President for U.S. Operations

named Stephen J. Killeen president of the company's U.S. operations, where he will lead the management of all the Web sites in the network, along with sales, product development and marketing.
Killeen previously worked for
Marketing Services Group
(MSGI)
as president, director and Internet division chairman. He will be responsible for revenue, profit and the "consumer experience" for the U.S. unit, which operates out of Waltham, Mass.

last year, has seen a host of management changes recently. Last week, Chief Executive
Abel Linares left the company. Lycos founder
Bob Davis, who served as the CEO of Terra Lycos, and Chief Financial Officer Ted Philip stepped down from their positions earlier this month but remain involved with the company in different roles.
Ron Sege resigned in early February as head of U.S. operations to take a position with an Internet startup. The company said Killeen's post is newly created, and indicated that his responsibilities will be different from Sege's former role.
Terra Lycos is headquartered in Barcelona, Spain.
