Clarus said BarclaysB2B will use its eMarket and Clarus Sourcing products to extend its sourcing to settlement solutions, including a hosted e-procurement offering to provide private trading networks.

On Instinet, Clarus was recently gaining 34 cents, or about 6%, to $5.99.
