Sun Micro Financial Chief to Retire
Steve McGowan will replace Michael Lehman as CFO July 1.

said Chief Financial Officer Michael Lehman will retire after nearly 15 years with the company.
Lehman will continue in his role until July 1, when he will be replaced by Steve McGowan, currently vice president of finance, planning and administration for global sales operations. McGowan has been with the company since 1992. Lehman also served as executive vice president, corporate resources, and corporate executive officer.
Shares of Sun Microsystems closed at $8.66 Wednesday before the announcement.
