Thursday announced two new federal contracts totaling more than $200 million.
The Fairfax, Va., company inked a five-year, $173 million deal with the Army National Guard to provide enterprise operations and security services to support its nationwide information infrastructure. SRA has been managing and operating the enterprise operations center for GuardNet XXI, the Guard's nationwide communications system, since 2001.
Separately, SRA won a five-year contract with the U.S. Department of Defense (DoD) valued at $30.6 million. SRA will provide information technology of the Director of Defense Research and Engineering (DDR&E), which manages a $70 billion research enterprise and serves as the chief technology officer for DoD.
Shares of SRA were higher by $1.26, or 4.4%, at $29.86 in recent trading Thursday.
