Revenue rose 38% to $281.8 million, matching estimates.
Satyam's operating income rose 44%, while operating margin improved by 80 basis points to 20.7%. Including an equity sale, Satyam reported net income of $93.1 million, or 58 cents an ADS.
For the quarter ending March 31, Satyam said it expects revenue of $297.3 million to $298.7 million, roughly in line with estimates.
