launched an enhanced version of its Web-based CRM solution, Contact Management 3.2.
The company said that the new version would allow dealers to manage the sales process from inquiry to close, regardless of the type of customer interaction. Enhancements include dashboard and call tracking functionality.
Reynolds & Reynolds provides integrated computer systems products and related services to automobile dealers and earns around 60% of its revenues from recurring software and hardware maintenance contracts.
