The deal is valued at more than $1 million. Qualcomm said it will begin installing the software at its San Diego facility, followed by a global rollout to internal divisions and suppliers.
Shares of Agile, which develops and markets product content management software, gained $2.44, or 8.5%, to $31.13 in recent
trading. Qualcomm fell $4.31, or 5.5%, to $73.50.
