reconfirmed its second-quarter guidance Wednesday afternoon at the Goldman Sachs Internet Conference.
The online ticket seller said it remains comfortable with its previous guidance of second-quarter revenue between $320 million and $350 million. The company also reaffirmed its pro forma EPS projections of 3 cents to 5 cents a share for the quarter.
The guidance is in line with the consensus estimate provided by Thomson Financial/First Call, which calls for EPS of 4 cents on revenue of $337.58 million. In the year-ago quarter, priceline earned 5 cents a share on revenue of $364.76 million.
At the conference, priceline also reaffirmed its full-year EPS target of 12 cents, in line with the consensus estimate.
Shares of priceline closed at $3.93 Wednesday.
