said it expects to report fourth-quarter pro forma earnings of 4 cents to 8 cents a share on revenue of $17.0 million to $17.5 million, compared with earnings of 7 cents a share on revenue of $16.77 million in the year-ago quarter.

According to Thomson Financial/First Call, Wall Street analysts had been expecting pro forma earnings of 8 cents a share for the quarter.

The content management software provider said that its commercial business met the company's expectations, but delays in government business closings caused a license revenue shortfall.

Based on these estimates, the company's full-year pro forma earnings will be 10 cents to 14 cents a share on revenue of $62.1 million to $62.6 million, a 23% increase over 2001's revenue results.
