said fourth-quarter earnings rose 65% to 948 million euros ($1.33 billion) despite a 5% drop in net sales to 12 billion euros.
Nokia, the world's biggest maker of handsets, said its mobile device volume in the quarter rose 12% to 126.9 million units.
Its estimated mobile device market share was 39% in the fourth quarter, up from 37% a year earlier.
