Microsoft (MSFT) was down 1.5% in after-hours Island trading after the Florida Supreme Court handed Vice President Gore a victory. Earlier, the stock swung higher on good news for Gov. Bush, jumping more than a point as two Florida judges delivered verdicts against the Democrats in a pair of absentee ballot disputes. The stock slipped back somewhat, but remained up 2.5% at the bell. A Bush administration is widely expected to back off the antitrust case against the software giant.
