McAfee to buy the network security provider for $5.75 a share.

Secure Computing
(SCUR)
for about $465 million.
McAfee plans to buy Secure Computing for $5.75 a common share, and Secure Computing's outstanding preferred shares will be redeemed for cash as part of the transaction.
Shares of Secure Computing closed Friday at $4.52.
The acquisition is expected to close in the latter part of the fourth quarter.
