Manugistics Sees Meeting or Beating Third-Quarter Estimates

expects third-quarter revenue and earnings to meet or exceed analysts' expectations.

, 11 analysts produced a consensus estimate of 6 cents a share, up from a loss of 17 cents a share in the same period last year. Analysts on average expect revenue of $61.6 million, compared with revenue of $35.8 million reported last year.

for breaching its obligations under a software license agreement. Manugistics said it seeks at least $4.5 million in damages, while VirtualFund.com demands that Manugistics return the $2.5 million it paid to the company.
Shares of Manugistics recently fell 2%, or $2, to $95.50 in

trading.
