, 11 analysts produced a consensus estimate of 6 cents a share, up from a loss of 17 cents a share in the same period last year. Analysts on average expect revenue of $61.6 million, compared with revenue of $35.8 million reported last year.

The Rockville, Md., Internet business company, which recently said founder William Gibson was retiring at the end of fiscal year 2001, also said it filed a lawsuit against
