Loudcloud (LDCL) was down 10.4% in preopen Island trading. After the close Tuesday, the company reported a first-quarter loss of $1.25 per share, worse than the Thomson Financial/First Call estimate of $1.21.
The Internet infrastructure services company, whose chairman is
founder Marc Andreessen, lost $1.90 a share in the prior quarter. Loudcloud forecast revenue of $14 million for the second quarter and $53 million to $57 million for the fiscal year.
