KaVaDo, which has headquarters in New York and does its R&D in Tel Aviv, provides next-generation Web-application security solutions based on its Protected Path technology, which is pending patenting.
SIA will be integrating and marketing KaVaDo's flagship products ScanDo and InterDo in Europe and South America.

InterDo is a security software offering full protection for Internet applications and Internet telephony infrastructure, including databases and Internet servers.
The ScanDo software scans Web applications for security shortfalls.
This July KaVaDo secured $3.7 million in a second financing round led by the international venture capital firm 3i Technology Partners.
