Yokneam-based wireless systems company Mobilian Corporation today announced the completion of its $35 million private funding round.

Since its establishment in February 1999, Mobilian has raised over $60 million in funding, used mainly to accelerate the development and deployment of its multi-standard wireless networking products.

JAFCO America Ventures co-led the round with Dell Ventures, with significant investments from Vitesse Ventures and Silicon Valley Bank Ventures. Additional equity was raised from current investors including Raza Venture Management, Bessemer Venture Partners, and SBV Ventures.

Mobilian is an Israeli-American company that maintains three centers- in Yokneam, San Diego and Hillsboro, Oregon. The company employs about 100 people.

Founder and CEO Manpreet Khaira said the proceeds of the latest round would serve to bring its product TrueRadio to market, and to promote development of its next product, TrueConnectivity, which will enable computers and communication devices to automatically locate wireless networking opportunities.
