Interwoven (IWOV) was down 1.8% in midmorning after it said it expects to lose 4 to 5 cents per share in the third quarter excluding charges. That's below the Street's consensus estimate of a 3-cent loss.
The Web site content management software maker expects revenue of $42 to $43 million for the period.
The company plans to discuss its preliminary results in a conference call at 5 p.m. EDT today. Its earnings release is still scheduled for Oct. 18.
