Thomas Endicott, the president and chief operating officer of

Integrated Silicon Solution

(ISSI)

, died Sunday in a car accident, the company said.

Endicott joined the company, which makes memory semiconductors, in May 2000. Jimmy Lee, Integrated Silicon's chairman and chief executive, will assume Endicott's duties.
