Identixundefined was up 10.1% in preopen Island trading after the company announced its security technology had been selected for use in "a major prison system."

The company said an initial order of 100 units of its V20 product were shipped to the prison system last week. The product requires both a card imprinted with a digital record of a prisoner's fingerprint and a biometric scan of the prisoner's actual fingerprint, allowing tracking of each person's movements throughout the prison, the company said.
