The supply-chain management firm said CEO Greg Brady will be replaced by the company's founder.
i2 Technologies
(ITWO)
said that its CEO Greg Brady has resigned, replaced by Chariman Sanjiv Sidhu.
In a press release, Brady said he is resigning for personal reasons, but will remain with the company in an advisory role during the transition and will remain on the board of directors of the company.
Sidhu, the chairman and founder of the supply-chain management company, will replace Brady as CEO. Sidhu said the past 18 months have been difficult for i2 and its competitors due to constrained corporate spending, but the company expects to see business improve as the economy rebounds.
