"We continue to believe that FindWhat.com has never infringed any valid and enforceable claim of the '361 patent," Craig Pisaris-Henderson, FindWhat.com's chairman and chief executive officer, said in a press release.
FindWhat.com said a hearing on other motions is currently scheduled for June 24.
Shares of FindWhat were up 30 cents, or 7%, to $4.50 on the
. Yahoo! was gaining 39 cents to $35.27.
