Plaza Centers, a fully-owned subsidiary of Elbit Medical Imaging (Nasdaq:EMITF) of the Europe-Israel group, has opened a second shopping center in Ruda Slaska, a town in southern Poland.
The total investment in building the 20,000 square-meter mall is about NIS 80 million.
Plaza estimates that the mall will yield it rent of NIS 13 million a year. The center, the only one of its kind in the area, contains a cinema complex, a supermarket, restaurants, and retail stores.
The company says construction took only seven months.
