and the year-ago figure of 49 cents. Revenue was $92.8 billion, slightly less than $93.4 million in the same period last year.
The maker of manufacturing plates for semiconductors said it sees a first-quarter loss of 35 cents to 70 cents on revenue of $70 million to $80 million. The consensus estimate is for earnings of 15 cents.
