Critical Path Names Financial Chief, Sees Profitable Fourth Quarter

, a business-to-business Internet messaging service provider, named Lawrence P. Reinhold chief financial officer and executive vice president.

Reinhold will replace Mark Rubash, the company's former financial chief, who resigned because of personal reasons following a leave of absence due to an illness in the family.

, 14 analysts expect the company to earn 1 cent a share for the fourth quarter. Critical Path, which is based in San Francisco, lost 26 cents a share for the same period last year.
