was down 38% in midafternoon after trading resumed. The stock was halted Friday after the digital subscriber line provider said it would postpone its fourth-quarter earnings report.

The company said today that it would take a restructuring charge of $50 million to $100 million over two years. The new figures are up sharply from previously announced charges of $20 million.
