The Linthicum, Md., networking equipment shop handed Arthur Smith, its global operations chief, the operating chief title. And technology chief Steve Alexander was named president of products and technology.
"We are committed to returning to profitability and driving future earnings growth," CEO Gary Smith said. "Arthur's operational leadership and Steve's vision and leadership of our consolidated engineering efforts is a powerful combination that will contribute to our forward progress."
A company representative said the moves were promotions and that no executives were removed from the positions or from the company.
