expects to lose 30 cents or 31 cents in the second quarter on a pro forma basis, wider than the 17-cent loss consensus compiled by Thomson Financial/First Call.

The company also lowered its revenue expectations to $13 million for the quarter, which ended Oct. 31.

CacheFlow cited a slowdown in orders from international markets and among finance industry customers in the U.S. as the cause for the lowered estimates. Actual second-quarter results will be reported on Nov. 15.
