was down 2.2% in early trading after it posted third-quarter revenue that showed declines from the second quarter's and announced that it would cut 10% to 15% of its staff.

The company, whose technology boosts Web site performance, said its net loss for the period was 49 cents a share, vs. 24 cents a year ago.

CacheFlow also said it expects fourth-quarter revenue to be flat compared to the just-ended quarter.
