C-Cor (CCBL) warned of a fiscal third-quarter sales shortfall Friday, but left fourth-quarter guidance unchanged.

The State College, Pa.-based cable infrastructure supplier says it will have an adjusted net loss of a dime a share on about $60.5 million in revenue for the quarter ended March 24.

Looking ahead, the company expect its fiscal fourth-quarter numbers to be a pro forma loss of 3 cents a share on $69 million in sales. Those results are in line with analysts' estimates.

C-Cor will present its fiscal third-quarter earnings on April 20.

Shares of the cable systems shop were unchanged at $8.49 in premarket trading Friday.
