Businessman Nochi Dankner, who is in talks to acquire the control in IDB Holding Corporation (TASE: IDBH ), has said that 19 investors are waiting in line to join the deal, of which five or six are serious, Ma'ariv reports.

In an interview with the paper Nochi Dankner said his holding company Ganden wants to acquire 60% to 70% of the control in IDB. He said that Yitzhak Manor is to acquire 20%, and a private investor is to acquire 10% to 20%.

Bank Leumi, Bank Hapoalim and First International Bank of Israel are to finance the deal.

The investors in Ganden Holdings are to inject $90 million via a private placement in order to meet the collateral requirements of the banks.
