is delaying the filing of its annual report with regulators, saying it's still providing information its accounting firm needs to complete the fiscal 2005 audit.
The Form 10-K was due at the
Securities and Exchange Commission
Thursday. The network-storage equipment maker plans to seek a 15-day filing extension. Brocade, based in San Jose, Calif., expects to file the annual report with the extension period.
Brocade said it hasn't identified any material weaknesses in its internal controls over financial reporting and doesn't expect to make any adjustments to its results for the fourth quarter and fiscal year ended Oct. 29.
Shares of Brocade were down 11 cents, or 2.5%, to $4.37.
