The letter cited the company's delay in submitting its quarterly report to regulators. The company plans to request a hearing before the Nasdaq listing qualifications panel in response to the letter.
Autodesk is conducting a review of its past stock option grants and had previously said it didn't expect to file its 10-Q with the
Securities and Exchange Commission
Pending a decision by the listing panel, Autodesk's shares will remain on the Nasdaq. Shares of Autodesk fell 15 cents Tuesday to $36.14.
