Wall Street Journal
. The Beatles have not allowed their songs to be purchased on iTunes until now due to a long-running trademark battle between the company and the band's old record label, also titled Apple.
Shares of Apple declined 0.03% in pre-market trading Tuesday to $306.95.
Microsoft

sold 1 million Kinect devices for Xbox 360 in the first 10 days since its launch, the company said Monday. Microsoft is currently on track to beat its sales target of 5 million devices by year end.
Shares of Microsoft were down 0.73% in pre-market trading Tuesday to $26.01.
