matched Wall Street's estimates for its third-quarter earnings and raised fourth-quarter guidance.

The New York-based online marketer said it earned 8 cents a share on a pro forma basis on a 58% revenue gain to $44.5 million.

For the fourth quarter, the company expects to earn a pro forma $6.4 million to $6.6 million on revenue of $60 million to $62 million.
