
Africa Israel, Polar Communications officially announce bid for control in Bezeq
Deadline for tendering bids is today at 18:00
Africa Israel Investments and Polar Communications today officially announced they are to bid for the control in state-run phone company Bezeq.
In order to bid for the control, Africa Israel and Polar Communications founded a company called Lev Arkia, equally owned by the two.
Shrem Fudim Kelner group company Polar Communications is owned by Polar Investments (71.8%), Bank Leumi (9.27%), and the public owns 19.93%.
Bidders must file proposals by 18:00 today.
