Yikes.

The CEO of AeroVironment Inc. (AVAV) has been accused of a cover-up and wrongfully terminating an employee.

The employee, Mark Anderson, has filed a case against AeroVironment .

According to the lawsuit, "In violation of a host of laws and safety regulations, on or about April 23, 2015, AeroVironment staff transported at least one live, explosive-laden drone via carry-on luggage on a Delta commercial commuter flight, risking the lives of approximately 230 passengers, and innumerable civilians had the drone caused the plane to crash over a densely populated area. Anderson reported this incident to management and governmental authorities."

AeroVironment didn't immediately reply to comment requests.
