After the bell, the San Jose, Calif., networkpublishing firm reiterated its guidance from June inan intra-quarter business update. The company said third-quarter GAAP earnings will range from 22 cents to 25 cents a share and revenue will range from $300 million to $315 million. Pro forma results are not expected to materially differ from GAAP earnings.
Analysts polled by Thomson First Call wereforecasting the company would earn 25 cents on $311.2 million in revenue.
The company plans to report its fiscalthird-quarter 2003 results on Sept. 10, afterthe market closes.
Shares of Adobe closed up 65 cents, or 2%, to $32.73. Shares declined slightly in after-hours trading, to $31.92.
