Netegrity ( NETE) was up 13.2% in preopen Island trading. Robertson Stephens this morning upgraded the stock to strong buy from buy.

The e-commerce software and site-management service late Wednesday posted net earnings of 9 cents a share, compared to a loss of $106,000, or break-even per share, in the year-ago period. The consensus estimate published by Thomson Financial/First Call is for 8 cents.

Total revenue was $24.7 million, more than double the year-earlier figure of $10.5 million.
