Sanmina ( SANM - Get Report) shook off its earnings warning and was up 4.8% at the bell after trading down 14% on the preopen Island ECN.

Sanmina said late Wednesday third-quarter EPS would be about 10 cents, vs. Street expectations of 19 cents. The electronics manufacturer expects revenue between $760 million and $775 million.

The company said it was "actively pursuing outsourcing and divestiture opportunities," and added it was looking at acquiring "an advanced engineering and manufacturing" plant.
