Alteryx, Inc. (NYSE: AYX), revolutionizing business through data science and analytics, is pleased to announce that Greg Davoll has joined as vice president of product marketing. Davoll comes to Alteryx with over twenty-five years of enterprise software experience and will lead a growing, world-class product marketing team out of the company's Broomfield office. Alteryx continues to build out its end-to-end analytics platform—from data discovery, to prep and blending, to visualization and insights—and Davoll will be a staple in that effort, overseeing go-to-market planning and execution, messaging, sales enablement, new product launches and solution evangelism worldwide. "We've seen tremendous momentum as a company over the past few years and our Colorado-based product and development lab has been a key ingredient to that success," said Seth Greenberg, CMO at Alteryx. "Greg's passion for technology and enterprise product marketing experience will be vital in our go-to-market strategy as we continue to take our analytics platform to the next level." Prior to Alteryx, Davoll held marketing and product leadership roles across an array of branded software companies, including IBM, Sybase, BMC Software, NetIQ and Embarcadero Technologies. His most recent position was with Quest Software as vice president of product management and marketing, focused on the company's Database Tools business. Davoll received his B.S. degree in Mathematics-Computer Science from Colorado School of Mines, and earned two U.S. patents for his work on database compression at IBM's Silicon Valley Lab. "It's an exciting time to join the Alteryx family. The demand for an end-to-end analytics platform that helps companies speed up their time to insight is on the rise," said Davoll. "It's fun to join a company with such a passionate customer base and I look forward to continuing to scale out the business with our Colorado fingerprints on it. Personally, I love working for a tech company that has such a strong culture and commitment to the local community."
