(NASDAQ:WWD) today announced it was selected as the supplier of control systems for Weichai-Westport's next generation gas engine platforms to meet China VI emission standards starting in 2020. In addition, Woodward was named as the 2017 Supplier of the Year by Weichai-Westport.  

Woodward's relationship with Weichai began with on-highway gas engine systems and has now expanded to include stationary and large engine control systems.
