Mixed futures trading carried over into the main session Tuesday with the Nasdaq and S&P 500 rising and the Dow Jones Industrial Average trading in the red. 

The Dow fell 0.08%, or 21 points, to 26,194 while the Nasdaq gained 0.53%, or 39 points, to 7,447.32, and the S&P 500 rose 0.13%, or 4 points, to 2,836.
