Lee, Chairman and CEO of BET Networks, and a member of the WGL Board since 2000.The Women's Forum of New York is the city's premier organization of women leaders comprising the highest achievers in every professional sector from finance to fine arts. Since 2011, the Women's Forum of New York's biennial Breakfast of Corporate Champions has saluted Fortune 1000 and S&P 500 companies with at least 25 percent of board seats held by women. Of the nine members who make up the WGL board, four are women who have collectively provided more than 20 years of service to the company. In addition to Ms. Lee, they include:
- Nancy C. Floyd, founder and managing director of Nth Power, a San Francisco based venture capital firm focused on advanced energy technologies, energy efficiency and sustainability, who has served as director since 2011.
- A director since 2013, Linda R. Gooden is the former Executive Vice President of Lockheed Martin Corp.'s Information Systems & Global Solutions.
- A director since October 2014, Dale S. Rosenthal was Division President of Clark Financial Services Group where she set strategy for Clark's entry into the alternative energy space.
